Projects within projects

Over the last month I have been working on test projects within the context of Rewilding the Artist. They have been eclectic and diverse, but all have been a necessary component to understand my wellbeing and way forward through my practice, as a neurodivergent artist.

Here is a taster of what I have been up to.

Cathedral of the Trees:

Testing out the dimensions of a socially engaged project within the medium of Zoom.

The project has included 5 micro-residencies, 2 events and has been supported with seed funding from Utopias Bach.

Octopus of Omnipotence:

Exploring the dynamic of spaces and groups that are comfortable and welcoming for neurodivergent artists.

Creative collaborative conversation and documentation drawing out the learning from artist interaction with Utopias Bach, who have also kindly seed funded the project.

Collaborative contract:

Looking at shared values and nurturing practices for working.

This has been working in collaboration with Ffiwsar.

Ways of Seeing Green:

Reimagining the curator/artist relationship.

Exhibition at Bell House for the Dulwich Festival.

The outcomes of all these projects are currently being drawn together in a reflective evaluation of Rewilding the Artist. Outcomes will be published in the summer.
